Job summary

Join Parachute is seeking a Center Director in Hartsville, SC to lead the growing Donor Center, drive performance, and build a lean, high‑performing team while ensuring an exceptional donor experience.

You will own the P&L, guide daily operations, and lead audits with operations leadership. Compensation up to $100K base ($70K-$75K) plus up to 35% monthly bonus, 8 weeks of paid training with travel and accommodations, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., sit or stand for extended periods, and enter cold environments (-40°C) for short periods.
• Ability to work both day and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and strategy to optimize donor flow and retention.
• Own and manage the P&L, improve efficiency, and implement action plans.
• Recruit and develop top team members and foster growth.
• Ensure compliance and safety with audits and inspections.
• Communicate expectations through regular team syncs and data-driven decisions.
