Job summary

Join Parachute in Bellmead, TX, is seeking a Center Director to oversee all aspects of the growing Donor Center, drive performance, build a lean, high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional donor experience.

You will manage the P&L, lead day-to-day operations, and collaborate with Operations leadership to scale while maintaining compliance and safety. The role includes up to $100K total compensation with a base and bonus potential, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied environments.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and strategy to achieve donor flow and goals.
• Own and manage the P&L, improve efficiency, and implement action plans.
• Recruit and develop strong team members with growth mindset.
• Ensure compliance and safety across regulations; coordinate audits.
• Communicate expectations and use data to guide the team.
