Vitalant in Rosemont, IL seeks a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist to supervise donor care teams and ensure comfortable, efficient blood drives. You will lead phlebotomy operations, coach staff, and coordinate mobile drive setups to deliver high-quality donor experiences.

The role requires a flexible 40-hour week with early mornings to evenings, a valid CDL and clean driving record, and prior phlebotomy experience. A commitment to community health and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Two years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Successful completion of supervisory training within six months.

Responsibilities

• Function as an operational lead, coaching staff in phlebotomy and donor care processes.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for blood drive coordinators and manage set-up/breakdown of equipment.
• Ensure donor comfort and information throughout the phlebotomy process.
• Drive company vehicles to drive sites and supervise Donor Care Technicians.
