Human Appeal Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Donor Care Agent to maintain relationships with new and existing donors. You will clearly explain how donations are spent and support ongoing giving.

This on-site role requires a High School diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and accurate data entry in Salesforce. You will handle calls and emails, chase pledge forms, process renewals, and contribute to KPI targets while collaborating with the Donor Care Supervisor.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound donor calls and emails.
• Maintain donor database in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Achieve KPI targets for donor engagement and retention.
• Process pledge forms and manage renewals and failed payments.
• Update Excel reports and attend meetings as required.
• Build positive relationships with donors and teammates.
