Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to support the plasma donation process at our South Cleveland center. You will evaluate donor eligibility, monitor health, administer immunizations as needed, and document medical events with careful attention to safety.

Responsibilities include educating donors about procedures, managing adverse reactions, and ensuring compliance with FDA/OSHA regulations. A current RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed RN and able to practice in the state where the center operates.
• Graduate of a recognized healthcare-related educational program (e.g., Nursing).
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Experience in plasma or blood collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility for plasmapheresis and immunization programs.
• Review donor health history and lab results to determine suitability.
• Educate donors on the donation process, risks, and consent.
• Administer immunizations and monitor adverse reactions, documenting procedures.
