Job summary

Worthwhile is seeking a Store Supervisor in Collegeville, PA to support daily thrift store operations. You will supervise donation processing, coordinate with volunteers, and assist with front-of-house operations while representing Worthwhile Wear’s mission to help survivors of human trafficking.

As Manager on Duty, you will cover shifts, open/close the store, assign shifts, and train new staff. Strong leadership, reliability, and customer service are essential, plus ability to lift 25 lbs and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail, customer service, and leadership experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donation processing, sorting, pricing, stocking, pallet movement and truck loading.
• Coordinate with staff and volunteers to meet production goals and ensure efficient donation flow.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and donation areas, including pallet jack use.
• Support front-of-house operations, including register transactions and customer service.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and cover shifts when managers unavailable.
