Worthwhile is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving survivors of human trafficking through education, empowerment, vocational training, employment, and safe housing. As a Store Support Associate, you will help run day-to-day store operations, assist customers, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming, clean shopping environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility across departments, and a passion for the mission.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
• Flexible to work across different areas and Saturdays.
• Experience with cash registers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sort, clean, price & stock all categories including housewares, electronics, shoes, books & clothing.
• Achieve set production goals.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor & workspace.
• Perform cash register duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with sales floor resets.
• Maintain and create attractive displays.
• Actively communicate with customers about Worthwhile and its mission.
• Assist donors with the receiving of donations.
• Participate in custodial duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

General Description:

The Store Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth store operations by assisting in various areas, including customer service, sales support, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position requires individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
