Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates baler safely per policies and procedures.
• Bales salvageable merchandise and segments items appropriately.
• Processes salvage and donations to meet warehouse needs.
• Maintains bale counts; 8–10 bales per 8-hour shift, or 2+ with elevator lift.
• Assists in moving goods and loading/unloading trucks with equipment.
• Keeps dock area clean and organized; reports hazards promptly.
• Adheres to safety PPE and training instructions.
