Responsibilities

• Receive donations courteously from donors and drivers.
• Ensure donated goods are sorted, priced, and staged for sale promptly.
• Maintain production pace while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Assist drivers and customers with loading/unloading of donations.
• Prepare crates and rotate stock to optimize processing.
• Ring up sales and maintain cash register integrity and accuracy.
• Answer phones and announce store information professionally.
• Keep work areas and store neat and organized at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards immediately.
• Operate pallet jack and/or forklift safely if certified.
• Share the Good News of Jesus Christ and pray with those served.
