Job summary

Miracle Hill Ministries in Greenville, SC seeks a dedicated thrift associate to efficiently receive, process, price, and sell donated goods. You will support the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash register, and back-of-house areas as needed, following store procedures and supervisor directions.

The role requires a courteous, hard-working individual who can lift up to 35 pounds, ring up sales accurately, maintain a neat workspace, and help deliver an exceptional donor and customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive donations courteously from donors and truck drivers.
• Ensure donated goods are properly sorted, priced, and staged for sale.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality.
• Assist truck drivers and customers with loading/unloading donated goods.
• Prepare and rotate crates to ensure efficient processing.
• Ring up sales and maintain cash register with integrity and accuracy.
• Answer phones and make store announcements professionally.
• Maintain a neat and organized store appearance at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to supervisor.
• Operate pallet jack and/or forklift (if certified).
• Share the good news of Jesus Christ and pray with those served by the ministry.
