• Train thrift associates and volunteers on procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with proper merchandising.
• Address employee, donor, and customer concerns courteously.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and funds secured.
• Schedule staff and volunteers; assign duties.
• Monitor inventory and process incoming merchandise and go-backs.
