Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years retail experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Basic computer, cash register and accurate cash handling ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store employees and volunteers behavior aligns with Miracle Hill Ministries policies.
• Provide Christ-centered leadership treating all with dignity and respect.
• Meet production goals by setting the pace for the team.
• Plan and assign staff schedules and duties.
• Process incoming merchandise and set daily clothing production and placement goals.
• Evaluate inventory needs and order merchandise from warehouse/vendors.
• Train thrift associates and volunteers in procedures and safety.
• Resolve donor and customer concerns courteously and promptly.
• Maintain neat, clean, and hazard-free store areas.
• Lead daily devotionals and share the Good News when appropriate.
