Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a store associate to support donations processing, merchandise presentation and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will inspect donations, tag items, stock shelves, and collaborate with the team to meet daily standards. No prior experience is required; a background check will be completed. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Mandatory criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect donations and materials for quality per policy.
• Sort donations by category for store use or disposal.
• Tag items and prepare for sale using rotation system.
• Arrange sorted goods on sales floor following productivity standards.
• Adhere to uniform dress code and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
