MERS Goodwill is hiring a Retail Processor for our Carbondale Store - Main team. The role focuses on processing donations, pricing items, maintaining store presentation, and delivering friendly service to customers and donors.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and basic math skills, with no degree required. We offer a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff working 30+ hours weekly.

Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsabilidades

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online sales, and outlet.
• Inspect items to determine quality and suitability for sales, recycling, or online.
• Price items using the AMI pricing software guidelines.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly.
• Keep store area tidy, stocked, rotated, and clean.
• Provide positive customer service in person and over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve communication.
