Responsibilities

• Sort donations into sellable, salvage or trash categories.
• Price merchandise using baseline price guides; mark-up special priced items.
• Provide quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wet, smelly, soiled, broken zippers, missing buttons.
• Consistently meet production goals.
• Ensures a positive donor and customer interaction by providing world class customer service.
• Maintain processing and pricing area in a neat and clean condition.
• Identify value of items and assist with floor rotation.
