Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking a Production Tech to support warehouse operations involving the processing of donated goods. You will presort, move materials, and assist donors with unloading while maintaining records and promoting safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include grading textiles, meeting production goals, and handling paperwork for shipments. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Good eyesight and color definition.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly assess goods and determine routing.
• Functional reading and writing skills.
• Ability to use a hand truck.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Presort items into textiles, hardlines, and trash.
• Move materials between workstations as needed.
• Receive donated goods and assist donors with unloading.
• Maintain donation records daily.
• Pack seasonal items and label accordingly.
• Support store shipment preparation and related paperwork.
• Remove trash and maintain clean warehouse areas.
• Grade textiles and hardlines to standards.
