Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support donated goods operations. Responsibilities include sorting, pricing, tagging, and stocking items, and ensuring timely rotation of products on the sales floor.

The role requires physical endurance, the ability to work in a busy warehouse environment, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. No formal education is required; emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and available to work flexible shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to learn and use equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes and other items with similar steps.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed and meet production goals.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor; assist Ecommerce as needed.
• Provide quality customer service to donors and customers and support store operations.
