Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support donations processing and store operations in Bucks County. You will sort, price, tag, hang and move donations to the sales floor while aiming to meet production and sales goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. No formal education is required and training will be provided to use equipment and systems used in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to meet state labor laws.
• No formal education required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to learn and use equipment and technology.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, tagging, pricing, and moving to sales floor.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes; meet production goals.
• Organize, recover, and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow quality and production standards and track daily production.
• Identify items for Ecommerce and assist in daily store operations.
• Promote safe work practices and communicate progress to supervisor.
