Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support operations by processing donations, including sorting and pricing, and preparing items for the sales floor. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The position supports daily production goals and may involve assisting the Ecommerce department. No formal education is required, and applicants must be 18+ with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and perform simple math.
• Must be able to work in an open warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
• High adaptability and flexibility to schedule.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, moving to sales floor to meet production/sales goals.
• Process other donations (housewares, electronics, media, shoes): sorting, tagging, moving to sales floor.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Assist Ecommerce by selecting appropriate items.
