Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support operations in our donated goods department. You will sort, price, tag, and move donations to the sales floor while maintaining quality standards.

You will also organize and rotate the sales floor, assist in ecommerce item selection, track production, and help with daily tasks under supervision. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility to work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing as basic requirements.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willingness to learn equipment and warehouse tech.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
• Good physical stamina for standing, lifting and moving items.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse tools and safety equipment.
• Comply with safety rules and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sort, hang, price, tag and move to the sales floor to meet goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes and more with same steps.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Track daily production and report to supervisor.
• Assist in ecommerce item selection for the department.
• Support daily store operations and participate in safety programs.
