Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support donations processing, pricing, tagging and stocking for the sales floor. You will help maintain productive daily operations while adhering to quality standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires the ability to handle various donations, work in a busy warehouse, and communicate progress to the Production Manager. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic math are required.
• Must meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards.
• Able to work in an open warehouse environment with varying conditions.
• Able to learn and use equipment and technology.
• Follow verbal instructions and work as part of a team.
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, and moving to sales floor to meet production goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes, and other items with similar steps.
• Organize and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track daily production and report to supervisor.
• Support Ecommerce item selection as appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
