Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to support operations in the Donated Goods Retail department. The role focuses on processing donations, including sorting, pricing, tagging and stocking, while maintaining quality standards and safe work practices.

You will work in a warehouse environment, handling textiles, housewares, electronics, and more, with flexibility to cover evenings and weekends as needed. The position is non-exempt and reports to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• No formal education is required.
• Must be 18 years or older due to job demands and scheduling across store hours.
• Ability to learn and use equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor to meet goals.
• Process donations of housewares, electronics, media, shoes and other items with similar steps.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow all quality and production standards set by Goodwill Keystone Area.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Support daily operations and assist as needed.
