Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor in the Donated Goods Retail department to support essential operations and customer service. You will process donations—sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging, stocking and rotating product—to meet daily production and sales goals.

This warehouse role requires reading and following instructions, ability to learn equipment, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work in an open warehouse environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Able to learn and use equipment and technology.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process donations, including sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving product to the sales floor to meet production and sales goals.
• Handle textiles, housewares, electronics, media, shoes and other items with care for pricing and placement.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Track production daily and report to supervisor.
• Assist ecommerce with item identification and processing.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and support store operations.
