Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over).
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash using quality standards.
• Determine if item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best price using guidelines.
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in-store or online.
• Meet production goals: HL Donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or 1 SL rack per hour.
• Communicate with material handler to bring product, empty trash and swap salvage containers.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Work the process staying in station producing primary donations as assigned.
• Provide back-up to take in donations or put out product as assigned.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors.
• Adhere to Core Values in all duties.
