Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a store associate to support operations and customer service by processing donations, pricing, tagging, stocking and rotation of products. You will ensure quality standards and assist in daily store tasks to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates are 18+ and able to stand for long periods, work varied shifts including evenings and weekends, and work well in a team with safety and accuracy in mind.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and perform simple math.
• Must be able to work in an open warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must meet qualitative and quantitative performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Process textile donations: sorting, hanging, pricing, tagging and moving to sales floor.
• Process housewares, electronics, shoes and other items for sale.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Follow production and quality standards; track daily production.
• Assist Ecommerce selection and customer service tasks as needed.
• Communicate progress and concerns to supervisor.
