Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill in Utah seeks a Production Associate to help meet daily production goals by processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and assisting guests and donors.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production goals.
• Process donations.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and/or remove merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greets and assists guests and/or donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross-train and assist in all aspects of production.
