Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a hardworking Supply Chain Associate to support our operations behind the scenes. The role involves loading, unloading, organizing donations, and efficiently filling trailers to maximize storage.

You will assist drivers on donation pickup routes and help maintain organized inventory, working as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be able to lift up to 70 pounds, work weekends as needed, and have a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment with steady pacing.
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication and collaboration.
• Reliable and able to take direction from supervisors and leaders.
• Experience using material handling equipment (MHE).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize donations such as clothing, furniture, and household items.
• Fill trailers with donations and secure items to maximize space.
• Assist drivers on donation pickup routes and loading tasks.
• Maintain organized inventory by sorting and placing items in designated areas.
• Support thrift store operations by responding to demands and requests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflows.
