Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift Store is seeking a hardworking Supply Chain Associate to support donation processing, loading, unloading, and trailer filling. This hands-on role requires stamina, teamwork, and reliability to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced thrift environment.

The position involves assisting with donation pickups, organizing inventory, and collaborating with drivers and staff to maximize space and efficiency. Prior MHE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a steady pace.
• Team-oriented with reliable, collaborative behavior; able to take direction from supervisors.
• Experience using Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize donations such as clothing, furniture, and other household items.
• Fill trailers with donations, securing items to maximize space.
• Assist drivers on routes for donation pick-ups, helping to load and secure items.
• Maintain organized inventory by categorizing and placing items in designated areas.
• Support thrift store operations by responding to demands and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient processes.
• Take direction well and complete tasks to support team goals.
• Work in various weather conditions as needed for loading and unloading tasks.
