Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a hardworking Supply Chain Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role involves loading, unloading, organizing and lifting donated items such as clothing and furniture, and supporting yard and donation pickup operations.

You will work behind the scenes to keep inventory organized, assist with route pickups, and help fill trailers efficiently while maintaining safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration.
• Reliable and able to take direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize donations such as clothing, furniture, and household items.
• Fill trailers with donations and secure items to maximize space.
• Assist drivers on donation pick-ups and help load items.
• Maintain organized inventory by categorizing items.
• Support thrift store operations and respond to requests.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure efficient workflows.
• Take direction well and complete tasks accurately.
• Work in various weather conditions as needed for loading and unloading tasks.
