Qualifications

• Teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Experience using material handling equipment (MHE) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize donations such as clothing, furniture, and other household items.
• Fill trailers with donations, ensuring items are stacked and secured for space and efficiency.
• Assist drivers on donation pick-ups, helping load and secure items.
• Maintain organized inventory by categorizing and placing items in designated areas.
• Support thrift store operations by responding promptly to demands and requests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient work processes.
• Take direction well and complete tasks to support team goals.
• Work in varying weather conditions as needed for loading/unloading tasks.
