Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Family Store Driver / Processor to transport donated items and process materials as needed. You will collect donations, engage with donors, keep the vehicle clean and fueled, and price clothing as directed while handling other duties as assigned.

This role emphasizes reliable service, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Must maintain strict confidentiality.
• Basic computer operations and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Picks up, unloads, and delivers donations.
• Provides excellent customer service with donors.
• Maintains cleanliness of truck and reports maintenance needs.
• Processes merchandise efficiently and properly.
• Prices clothing per direction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
