Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a Family Store Driver / Processor to pick up and deliver donated items and to process donated materials when time allows. You will interact with donors, keep the truck clean and fueled, price clothing per directions, and perform additional duties as needed.

This role requires a valid chauffeur’s license, basic computer skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. Health benefits, time off, and retirement plans are among the offerings.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred), or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Maintain strict confidentiality

Computer Skills:

• Basic Computer operation knowledge
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office 365

Certificates and Licenses:

• Must have and maintain a current valid chauffer’s license and pass the Salvation Army Motor Vehicle Record check (MVR)
• Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
