Savers is seeking a Community Donation Manager (Operations Manager) to lead the Community Donation Center operations, ensuring efficient donation flow, staff supervision, and strong donor relations. The role emphasizes brand promotion in the community and partnership development with nonprofit partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach staff and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Community Donation Center to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Promote Savers brand in store and community partnerships with local organizations.
• Lead, train, and evaluate CDC Ambassadors; manage staffing and schedules.
• Ensure donation flow, weighing, and classification accuracy; monitor donor experience.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety regulations across all donor areas.
