Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Donation Center Attendant to welcome donors, accept donations, and provide exceptional customer service at a stand-alone or storefront donation center. The role involves opening/closing duties, maintaining a clean site, and accurate donation receipts.

Responsibilities include daily tallying, safekeeping donations, coordinating with dispatch, and assisting with loading and unloading donations as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Education: High School Graduate or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes donation center site as scheduled.
• Accepts donations and provides excellent customer service to donors.
• Keeps the site clean and organized; manages donation receipts and daily tally sheets.
• Safeguards donations and company property from damage or theft.
• Communicates needs and safety concerns to Supervisor or Coordinator.
• Loads donations into bins and assists with truck loading as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
