Goodwill is seeking a Donation Center Attendant for a full-time day shift to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for donors. You will help create a positive donor experience while supporting Goodwill's mission.

You will greet donors, accept donations, issue receipts, maintain a clean and safe center, and follow all policies. This role comes with a strong benefits package and opportunities to contribute to the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or donation centers.
• Ability to greet donors warmly and handle donations accurately.
• Wamiliarity with safety policies and basic cash handling (receipts).

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank donors in a friendly, professional manner
• Accept donated merchandise and issue donor tax receipts as requested
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation center
• Follow Goodwill policies and safety procedures
