This full-time, non-exempt role supports the thrift store warehouse, ensuring efficient processing of donations and customer service across the store area. The position requires weekend availability, the ability to pass a pre-placement drug screen, and flexibility to perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Passing of a pre-placement drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload clothing baler while following safety protocols and maintaining production goals.
• Receive and process donations per Take/Do Not Take guidelines; pack and load items.
• Assist donors with unloading donations and loading purchases into vehicles.
• Provide customer and donor assistance throughout the store and donation areas.
• Restock and rotate merchandise; price and markdown items as needed; pull and sort product.
• Communicate needs of the donation area to store management; report donor/customer issues and supplies needed.
• Maintain accurate counts of incoming product; keep donation area and stockroom clean and organized.
• Keep management informed of safety concerns and essential needs for smooth operations.
• Support teamwork and inclusion; participate in problem-solving with staff.
