• Must have a valid Florida driver's license or valid photo ID and be insurable if driving is required.
• Ability to adjust pace and placement of donations as volume changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Greet customers with eye contact and a welcoming attitude.
• Accept donations according to WRM guidelines.
• Assist with loading/unloading and moving donations.
• Sort donations into labeled areas and manage trash/recyclables.
• Load shipments onto RDC trucks and process recyclables.
• Follow safety standards and proper lifting techniques.
• Report safety variances to Manager on Duty.
• Possibility of travel for training or temporary assignments.
