Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 pounds.
• Ability to push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors promptly and courteously.
• Assist donors in unloading donations and offer tax receipts.
• Maintain accurate daily donation counts.
• Break down donations into appropriate categories.
• Process hard goods as a priority and ensure timely processing.
