The associate will serve as the first point of contact for donors, ensuring a positive and courteous experience while assisting with donations. Responsibilities include unloading, categorizing donations, and maintaining cleanliness.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly assess donated goods and determine appropriate routing.
