Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia is hiring a Donation Warehouse Associate in Rincon, GA. You will be the first point of contact for donors and customers, assisting with unloading donations and maintaining accurate records while following safety protocols.

The role requires lifting 40–60 pounds, pushing up to 100 pounds, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will help keep the facility clean and organized and support store goals with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience reading and following safety policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations.
• Maintain accurate daily donation counts and categorize donations.
• Process hard goods as a priority and ensure 24-hour processing.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and support store goals.
