Goodwill Southeast Georgia is hiring a Donation Warehouse Associate in Georgia. You will be the first contact for donors and customers, delivering friendly service while helping unload and categorize donations and keep records up to date.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a positive community impact. As part of our mission, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support store goals, and participate in training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to read and write clearly.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading and categorizing donations.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate donation records.
• Greet donors and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure donations are processed promptly and safely (24 hours).
• Support safety policies and help operate facility equipment as needed.
