Qualifications

• Functional reading and writing skills.
• Good eyesight and color vision.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Assist unloading, categorizing, and processing donations.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and accurate donation records.
• Ensure donations are processed within 24 hours when possible.
