Goodwill Northern New England is seeking a Donation Specialist in Topsham, Maine. This role supports donors, processes donations, and maintains organized operations across the site. It offers full-time and part-time positions with pay $15.25–$17.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting, sorting, and categorizing donations, operating power equipment, and delivering excellent customer service to every donor encountered throughout shift hours.

Qualifications

• Must have solid math and reading skills for daily tasks.
• Willingness to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bring a positive, friendly attitude for a welcoming donor experience.
• Must complete a criminal background check as part of screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, accept, track, and sort donations.
• Provide outstanding donor/customer service.
• Operate power equipment safely to organize donations.
• Categorize and sort merchandise by category, ensuring quality.
• Load and unload materials for donation processing.
• Process donations efficiently to keep the site organized.
