Job summary

Goodwill Northern New England seeks a Donation Specialist at our Falmouth, ME location. You will inspect, accept, track and sort donations, greet donors, and help organize donated goods with safety and efficiency. This role emphasizes a positive attitude and reliable teamwork.

Responsibilities include operating power equipment, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining an orderly donation area throughout shifts. A background check is required; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, Accept, Track, and Sort Donations.
• Provide outstanding customer experience with donors.
• Operate power equipment to organize and store donated goods.
• Categorize and sort merchandise to keep areas organized and valuable.
• Load and unload materials for donation processing.
• Process donations efficiently to keep the site organized.
