Job summary

Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking an associate to inspect, sort, and price donated textiles and goods for resale. You will tag items, direct placement on the sales floor, and manage processing across multiple sorting stations.

The role requires attention to quality, safe handling of heavy items, and maintaining a neat work area within a busy retail environment. Responsibilities include accepting donations, issuing receipts, applying pricing, and adhering to company policies

• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from donors and issue donation receipts.
• Inspect and sort donated textiles and hard goods for value and quality.
• Price items by category and apply price tickets, including 50% of retail on some items.
• Place priced items in appropriate locations and tag accordingly.
• Process items through sorting stations (textiles, hard goods, shoes, glass, books, etc.).
• Maintain a tidy, organized work area and assist with light maintenance as needed.
