Qualifications

• Preferably knowledge of retail and/or stock handling.
• Preferably knowledge of popular brands, trends, books, electronics, antiques, and collectibles.
• Able to perform basic math skills.
• Able to demonstrate good judgment in recognizing items appropriate for sale.
• Able to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Able to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
• Able to follow instructions and comply with policies and procedures.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team leaders, team members, customers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations and issue receipts.
• Sort donations into sellable, salvage, and trash categories.
• Price merchandise and sort apparel.
• Transport merchandise to sales floor staging area.
• Provide world-class customer service and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to store policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and donations.
