Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a motivated store team member to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts, helping keep operations efficient indoors and outdoors.

No experience is required—we'll provide training. You’ll sort and price merchandise, move items to the sales floor, and support a safety-focused team with opportunities for annual raises, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
• Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements
