Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a position that greets donors, assists with unloading donations, and prices merchandise. You will sort and price items, move goods to the sales floor, and maintain clean, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 100+ pounds and work outdoors/indoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
