Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking Donations Sorters/Pricers to be the face of Goodwill for donors. You will greet donors, unload donations, assess items and price merchandise. The role supports cross-training in cash register, tagging textiles, and maintaining a safe, neat work area.

Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs; High School Diploma preferred; associates should be available to work most store hours, including evenings and weekends; Pay: $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and unload donated goods.
• Provide friendly and informed customer service to donors, assisting with receipts.
• Maintain a safe, neat work environment and take pride in area efficiency.
• Cross-training opportunities in Cash Register, Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textiles & clothing.
