Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accept donations in a courteous manner.
• Assist customers by unloading donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Ensure donations are handled with care and quality is assessed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at donation entrances and parking areas.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations onto trucks when necessary.
